Stainless steel offers better durability on high temperatures and in case of engine failure it rather bends than breaks.
- 33mm (+1.6mm) Nitrited exhaust valve for 1.9 and 2.5 TDI VE engines.
- Maximum valve size what can be used with stock seat inserts.
- Fits stock piston valve pochects (does not need piston machining)
- Groove positions machined for stock spring installed height.
- Valve tip extended +1mm for reduced base circle cams for optimum geometry, works with stock camshaft (Can be easily machined shorter if needed)
- Valve face 0.5mm thinner than stock to add additional clearance to piston.
- Flat, non dished valve face retains compression ratio.
- Made from 21-4N stainless and black nitrided
- Stem diameter 6.98mm.
- Total valve length is 97.5mm.
